Group Vice President, Platform AI Experience Engineering

ServiceNow is seeking a Group Vice President of Platform AI Experience Engineering to lead the technology powering user experiences across web, mobile, and AI. This role focuses on architectural leadership, development, and global delivery of core experiences, including UI frameworks, composable components, and end-user flows. The VP will also lead a world-class engineering team and shape the future of human-AI interaction by integrating Generative and Agentic AI into their platform.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, including building large-scale cloud platforms and modern frontend/mobile experiences.
• Proven expertise in leading enterprise-scale UX technology – frameworks, component libraries, design systems, and builders.
• Deep understanding of native mobile platforms (iOS/Android), cross-platform frameworks, and mobile-first development strategies.
