DXC Bulgaria is seeking a GSD First Line Tech Support with German to join their team. The position involves providing technical issue resolution in a positive and professional manner to customers across the globe through multiple support communication channels. Comprehensive technical training will be provided to help the candidate grow in the direction that best fits their personal career plan.

Requirements

  • Excellent German and English Language
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • General IT knowledge
  • Previous IT Experience
  • Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Apps – MS Office, O365, Outlook, Teams
