Sopra Steria is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their Digital Platform Services team. This role involves ensuring the support of application levels, implementing changes, managing the backlog, and communicating with the RIA. Requirements
- Ensure the support of level 2 applications (MCO, log analysis, network analysis, Docker analysis, incident resolution, OpenShift/Kubernetes analysis)
- Implement changes according to established processes
- Manage the backlog (incidents, changes, problems)
- Ensure the updates and production of the operational documentation
- Prepare and lead daily meetings with the RIA
- Ensure communication with the RIA and the level 3
- Continuous Integration with GitLab CI / Jenkins
- Monitoring tools
- Unix / Linux line (RedHat environment)
- Windows server configuration
- Docker configuration
- Application servers (Tomcat, Nginx, Database configuration)
- Scripting: Bash, PowerShell
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good knowledge of Agile and ITIL methods
- Knowledge of change management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA/SEM, SSP, Tufin, etc.)
- Good English
