The Hardware Asset Management Coordinator role is part of the Asset Management team in the wider Service Operation division and reports into HAM Manager. The individual will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented member of the HAM team, responsible for updating the asset register, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring SLA adherence.
Requirements
- Proficiency with processes, tools, documentation and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data and identify trends and discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
