Hardware Asset Management (Senior Specialist)- Senior Infrastructure Services and Management Specialist

The IT Asset Management (ITAM) team at Northwell Health is responsible for the lifecycle oversight, compliance, and optimization of all enterprise IT hardware assets across the organization. As part of the broader Information Services division, the ITAM team ensures accountability, visibility, and governance over Servers, Storage, Telehealth, Network, and Endpoint hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically within the Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAMPro) module
• Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle processes: request, source, receive, deploy, loan, RMA, reclaim, and disposal
• Experience conducting remote and on-site IT asset audits and reconciling results with inventory records
• Experience supporting warehouse or stockroom operations, including inventory counts, asset reconciliation, and on-site audits
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure hardware categories, including Server, Storage, Network, Telehealth, and Endpoint equipment
• Ability to interpret and remediate discrepancies in asset and model data records
• Proficient in developing or enhancing catalog items and workflows in coordination with platform teams
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and compliance enforcement, including facilitating meetings and coaching stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• ITAM certifications (e.g., CHAMP, or ServiceNow HAMPro) are a plus
