Head of Global Mobility & Immigration

PayPal is seeking a strategic leader for our Global Mobility Program, including Immigration Operations. Reporting to the SVP of Total Rewards & People Operations, this leader will oversee PayPal’s global relocation programs, immigration compliance, tax considerations, and talent mobility initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Significant experience as a Global Mobility leader for a large company
• Program management, policy design, and implementation required
• In-depth understanding of global immigration, tax compliance, and relocation processes
