Visa is seeking a Help Desk Associate Manager to lead and motivate a team responsible for daily IT support operations. This role focuses on automation, customer service, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery. The position requires a blend of operational and automation skills and a strong focus on empowering self-service solutions, ensuring high-quality service, and elevating customer support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic qualifications for Operations efficiency and Business case experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting knowledge (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft Office365, Exchange, Outlook, Printer, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop, LogMeIn, Team Viewer, Bomgar)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • ITIL framework and service desk tools certifications
