Mid + Data Engineer

Lean Tech is seeking a Mid+ Data Engineer to enhance their talent acquisition experience through automation, streamlined data flows, and data migration. The role focuses on integrating Avature with Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and seamless flow. The engineer will optimize data processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to data management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing ETL processes for complex data migrations between enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, SSIS, or equivalent, as well as scripting skills using Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data migration concepts, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, deduplication, and validation.
