We're looking for a Help Desk Support Engineer to join our team at Zopa. Requirements

  • Experience in working in a corporate IT / Helpdesk environment
  • Customer-first communication
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools like Jira, ServiceNow or Halo
  • Comfortable supporting both Mac and Windows users
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned practices (Incident, Change, Problem)
