We are part of the European Helpline group, a leader in digital transformation, and are seeking a HelpDesk Technician to support on-site users for a well-known client operating in the banking sector.

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS
  • Planning and managing activities according to priorities and SLA
  • User management (reset password, group creation and management)
  • Installation, troubleshooting and management of Office 365 tenant
  • Basic skills and network troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of main network protocols
  • Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
  • Software troubleshooting
