Helpdesk Support Technician provides IT support to business partners, solving technology challenges and educating end users on utilizing available tools. Responsible for IT phone support, computer imaging, troubleshooting, and more.

Requirements

  • Experience in an IT Help Desk support role
  • Windows 10 /11 experience
  • Microsoft Office / Office 365
  • Laptop and printer hardware knowledge required
  • Mobile Device support experience (iOS preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools
  • Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issues
  • Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
