Helpdesk Support Technician responsible for providing IT support to business partners, troubleshooting technology challenges, and educating end users on utilizing available tools.
Requirements
- Experience in an IT Help Desk support role
- Windows 10 /11 experience
- Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Laptop and printer hardware knowledge required
- Mobile Device support experience (Apple iOS preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools
- Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issues
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- ServiceNow experience is desirable but not essential
