We're seeking Senior ServiceNow CSM/CRM Architects & Developers with experience in designing and implementing scalable CSM/CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform for US Government projects. Must have active Federal Security Clearance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) or CRM implementations
- Strong architectural understanding and hands-on configuration/customization skills
- Experience working on Federal/Government projects with appropriate clearance
- Active Mainline ServiceNow Certification(s) (Architect/Developer/CSM preferred)
- Availability to join within 30 days
- Must be a US Resident or Green Card holder
