Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT industry
- 4-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of regional and local labor laws
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with English as a second language
