We are seeking an HR Business Partner - Labor Relations to join our team at Avnet. This role is responsible for Labor Relations, Policy Management, and Training, partnering with the HR Service Center, Center of Excellence (COE), and other area functions to drive business success through people development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of work experience
- 2+ years of Labor Relations experience preferred
- Experience handling cases with the Labor Conciliation Center (Centro Laboral de Conciliation) preferred
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
