As a HR Business Partner - Labor Relations, you will be responsible for managing escalations, addressing workplace issues, and supporting employment law legal hearings. You will also partner with the COE and other area functions to drive business success through people development.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts in labor relations and HR
- 3+ years of experience in labor relations, preferably with the Labor Conciliation Center (Centro Laboral de Conciliation)
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
