Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Fluent in English; German required, Italian a plus.
