HR Business Partner Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner Manager based in Madrid, Rome or Milan to support operations across the Spain and Italy region. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law (Italy and Spain) and HR practices.
• Fluent in English and the local languages (both Italian and Spanish).
• Experience working with Go-To-Market commercial sales teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions.
• Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools.
