Principal Product Success Architect

The Platform & AI Customer Excellence (AI Center of Excellence) team at ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Success Architect to drive customer outcomes and roadmap for GenAI technology. This role involves hands-on delivery of ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities, technical advisory activities, and leading GenAI enablement programs. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
• At least 5 years of experience in a technology advisory role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong industry connections and network
