We are looking for an HR Direct Specialist with German language skills to join our growing team. As an HR Direct Specialist, you will handle incoming inquiries, provide user support, and drive employee experience. The role involves process ownership, collaboration, and innovation to optimize processes and contribute to projects that enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Speak German (min. C1/B2) & English (min. B2) languages
- Around 2 years of professional experience in supporting employees/customers with their HR queries
- Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
- Confident demeanor and well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
- Demonstrated strong empathy, teamwork skills, and a reliable, service-oriented work approach
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
- Proven ability to understand complex issues and processes, as well as independently work and prioritize within the assigned area
- Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, MS Office, ServiceNow and OpenText
- A background in HR projects is considered as an advantage
