The HR Director, HRIS will define and drive the vision and strategy for a modern, digital HR ecosystem, partnering with IT, internal & external stakeholders and business leaders to ensure HR systems are aligned with enterprise goals. The Director will lead the enterprise-wide HR technology strategy, translate organizational needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric HR technology solutions, and stay ahead of market trends and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology or digital transformation roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide HR tech strategies and cross-functional implementations.
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Workforce preferred.
- Deep understanding of HRIS platforms and digital HR ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, privacy regulations, cybersecurity principles and SoX.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Expertise in change management and user enablement.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment and adoption.
