Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 8-10 years experience in Human Resources or related profession
- Experience of managing HR teams in South Asia & Oceania region
- Knowledge of local Malaysian (&/or Singapore) employment law and practices
- Experience of working in a shared services set-up
- Strong business acumen skills and ability to translate business needs into HR services
- Business partner mindset and service minded
- Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written)
- Broad knowledge and extensive work experience within wide range of HR / people processes
- Interest in &/ or experience of technology and digitalization within the HR field; experience of working with Workday or ServiceNow HR is an advantage
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop interest in both senior management and employees
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and cooperate with diverse individuals and cultures
- Good influencing skills, with ambition and ability to drive change
