HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr. will serve as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues, providing advice, guidance, coaching, and training. Conducts investigations, debriefs leaders, and provides oversight of internal investigations. Develops analytical data and analyzes trends.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of human resources experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations
- Workday or similar HCM experience
- ServiceNow experience
- Fortune/large company experience
