We are seeking an HR Knowledge Communications Manager to play a key role in our manager and colleague self-service HR model, responsible for curating our internal HR knowledge base and outgoing communications. The role involves building a network across our global HR function, influencing and shaping our global knowledge and communications agenda.

Requirements

  • Experience of knowledge management practices and applications is essential (ideally experience of ServiceNow and Workday systems)
  • Previous experience in a comms role is desired and candidate must have very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of technical literacy with Office 365 applications is essential
  • Basic understanding of multimedia content creation software and basic understanding of CSS and SEO will be advantageous
