The role involves managing change requests, ensuring best practices, and driving continuous improvement in the service management process. Requirements
- Effectively manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify improvements.
- Act as the central point for change submissions and day-to-day management of change requests.
- Conduct & verify post implementation reviews and investigate issues.
- Reporting of change to internal and customer management teams.
- Production of Change Approval Board and forward schedule.
- Participate in internal and customer end-user groups.
- Support Service Improvement in ITIL 4 and ISO20000.
- Provide Input into Change Management reporting.
- Experience in multi-provider environments is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with ITIL ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
