NCR VOYIX Corporation is seeking a Senior Change Manager to manage the Change Management lifecycle, evaluate change requests, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in an IT Change Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
- Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management)
- Solid grasp of infrastructure and application technologies and environments
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (e.g., ISO, SOX, GDPR)
