HR Operations Intern

We're looking for the next generation of talented undergraduates to join our team for an unforgettable 3-5 month internship. As an HR Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Workforce Assessment Team and contributing to the efficient delivery of world-class HR operational and transactional services.

Requirements

• Interest in HR, business operations, people management, or related fields
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated learning agility and ability to influence without authority
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to travel to a Pearson office if required
