The HR Operations Service Delivery - Benefits Specialist II HEREDIA role is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of core benefits services. The role is the subject matter expert in benefits-related service delivery, including 401(k) administration, leave of absence management, and other specialty benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration (401(k), LOA, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, service-oriented environment, preferably within a shared services or support center model.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across teams and cultures.
  • Proficient in HR technologies, with experience in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, compliance standards, and governance in an HR setting.
  • English level Desire C1 80%-90%
