HR Operations Service Delivery Benefits Specialist II HEREDIA

As an HR Operations Service Delivery Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of core benefits services, including 401(k) administration, leave of absence management, and other specialty benefits programs. You will serve as a subject matter expert and work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration (401(k), LOA, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, service-oriented environment, preferably within a shared services or support center model
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across teams and cultures
• Proficient in HR technologies, with experience in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred
• High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Familiarity with quality systems, compliance standards, and governance in an HR setting
• English level Desire C1 80%-90%
