We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy and efficiency in the People Operations team, managing employee data, and handling customer relationship management systems. The specialist will be responsible for documenting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, German, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese).
- 2+ years of experience in data administration and document management.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure.
Requirements Summary
