HR Support Specialist - Korean - Penang

We are seeking a detailed and dedicated People Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. The role will be the first point of contact for employees, providing high-quality support for company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to effectively assist employees. Workday HCM and ServiceNow experience is expected.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean (or other required languages).
• Fluency in other languages highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc).
• Ability to handle moderately complex and sensitive issues.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of HRIS case management tools.
