Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a regional or global environment
- In-depth knowledge of labor law in Germany, preferably also in Switzerland and the Netherlands
- Experience in stakeholder management, process optimization, and training
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW) is an asset
