As an ITSM / ServiceNow consultant, you will accompany our customers on their way to modern, efficient, and digital processes. You will combine technology, consulting, and methodology to design projects actively.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in enterprise service management, ideally with ServiceNow
  • In-depth knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
  • Experience in workshop moderation
  • Experience in leading projects or workstreams
  • Secure stakeholder management at management level
  • Routine in pre-sales or proposal processes
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and move something in the team
