As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise and accompany top executives and the management in all personnel economic and strategic issues. You will also support the team in the care of top executives and implement HR strategies in the company.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable training with an HR focus
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with responsibility for international or cross-enterprise topics
  • Comprehensive experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
  • Good knowledge of labor and company law
  • Secure handling of MS 365, preferably also with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
  • Analytical thinking, empathy, and high communication strength
