Citi's Core HR Delivery Team is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to focus on Records Management. The HR Operations Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of employee records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in records management, preferably within HR or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some experience with HR systems (e.g., TETA, Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Very good level (min. B2) of Polish and English language knowledge (both spoken & written).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
