Junior Payroll Specialist with Spanish

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
• Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
• Outstanding orientation on customer
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Payroll/HR/Finance/Accounting experience will be an advantage
