Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations ideally within shared service delivery model, with a track record of leading teams.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (Workday and ServiceNow) and being comfortable with data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders in a highly matrix organization.
