HR Operations Team Lead, Poland/Baltics

Mondelez International is looking for an experienced leader to manage delivery of core HR services in eight manufacturing facilities in Poland and Lithuania, ensuring efficient and employee-centric HR operations. The role requires a team lead with expertise in HR Operations, familiar with HR information systems, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations ideally within shared service delivery model, with a track record of leading teams.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (Workday and ServiceNow) and being comfortable with data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders in a highly matrix organization.
