At Iron Mountain, we're looking for a smart and committed HR Portal - Content Specialist to join our team. As a Content Specialist, you'll support the build-out and maintenance of our knowledge bases in ServiceNow HRSD, working closely with the Global Content and Portal Manager and other teams to maintain and improve our knowledge bases and portal.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Experience working within the ServiceNow product and in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum supervision
