Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a multinational environment
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Familiarity with Case Management or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in English
