The HR Service Delivery Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow's HRSD solutions. This role focuses on transforming HR operations through user-centric digital workflows to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Architect and Design ServiceNow HRSD implementations and projects.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Provide deep technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent, 7+ years experience in ServiceNow development & 5+ in Architecture. ServiceNow HRSD experience required. Expertise in ServiceNow's HRSD modules and scripting is needed
