The HRSD Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow's HRSD solutions. This role focuses on transforming HR operations through digital workflows to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency on the platform. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, platform expertise, governance, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Architect and Design Solutions (7+ years technical experience, 5+ years in ServiceNow development & architecture)
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in ServiceNow
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
- Expertise in ServiceNow's integration capabilities
