HR Services Specialist

This role is responsible for executing HR Services in India and providing day-to-day support to the broader HR organization across APAC and other regions. It involves executing end-to-end HR operations processes, leveraging data analytics for process improvement, and driving harmonization of HR processes.

Requirements

• BBA/MBA HR
• 6-8 years of experience in HR Shared Services
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and AskHRS, ServiceNow ticketing tool, etc.
• Familiarity with AI-based HR tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and HR analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR Shared Services processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
