Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an HR Shared Services or HR Operations team in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Native or professional proficiency in Hungarian or Dutch is strongly preferred. Proficiency or fluency in French or Italian is also valued.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build trust across teams and geographies.
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
