We are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a budding ServiceNow enthusiast, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with senior engineers and other teams to build, guide, and support customers in creating scoped applications and integrating new functionalities.
Requirements
- Assist in developing and maintaining custom applications within ServiceNow.
- Support the architecture, data separation, and security of the platform.
- Help design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Support deployment through Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
