Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. We're looking for a People Services Representative to support the full staffing lifecycle, including managing job requisitions, coordinating interviews, and processing employee movements.
Requirements
- Review and approve job requisitions
- Schedule interviews and manage logistics
- Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Perform various HR administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee and organizational data
- Ensure all HR processes comply with internal policies and legal requirements
