The HR Solutions Implementation Leader owns the HR solutions implementation domain and plays a critical role in shaping long-term HR strategy. This leader is accountable for defining OKRs, delivering KPIs, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology experience
  • Deep expertise in HR technology and solution implementation, with strong digital acumen and an AI-first mindset
  • Strong understanding of HR domains and the intersection of technology, process, and data to enable business outcomes
  • Proven experience in HR operations, product management, or enterprise solution delivery within a large, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decisions and shape enterprise strategy
  • Strong track record of driving large-scale change management and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), SaaS vendors, and internal IT teams
  • Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services
