HR Support Specialist - Cantonese - Penang

This position is seeking a detail-oriented People Support Specialist based in Penang, Malaysia, to be the first point of contact for employees. The role involves providing HR support, guiding employees through company policies, benefits, and payroll, and handling inquiries related to pay, time off, and other HR-related matters. The specialist will use Workday and ServiceNow tools to manage employee support cases.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Fluency in other languages (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc) highly preferred
