HR Support Specialist - Cantonese - Penang

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. The role is the first point of contact for employees, providing support on company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, along with fluency in other languages, are essential.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in employee support
• Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (or other required languages)
• Fluency in other languages highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc)
