HR Technology Specialist

Emplify Health is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to join their team. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations of HR technology, assisting with system maintenance, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Provide 1st Tier support for HR Technology team and 2nd Tier support to HR Service Center customers
• Triage incoming Workday and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) support requests
• Complete data entry validation and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with administration and maintenance of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD platforms
• Collaborate with HR team members to complete workflow analytics and streamline process
• Maintain Confidentiality and ensure data security in all system interaction
