Staff Systems Engineer - Federal

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to build software tools for deploying and testing infrastructure, scale critical services, and drive continuous delivery. The role involves integrating AI into workflows, exploring new technologies, and collaborating with peers. This position operates both onsite in San Diego, CA, or offsite in Kirkland, WA.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or problem-solving.
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with OpenStack, Python, Linux, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in software development or release management.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud infrastructure technologies (GCS-23).
• Ability to leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
