Requirements
- Support the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Talent Management systems
- Partner with HR leaders to translate talent strategies into practical system solutions
- Execute testing, validation, and deployment of system changes
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance, learning, and development activities
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendor partners to troubleshoot and optimize Talent Management processes

Requirements Summary
3+ years of experience supporting Talent Management or HRIS systems, Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, Computer Science or related field, Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
