HRIS Analyst (UKG Pro)

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our HR systems—primarily UKG Pro, Greenhouse, and ServiceNow. This is a hybrid role based in our Indianapolis office, with an in-office presence expected two days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in HRIS systems; UKG experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of HR operations and data management
