This is a full-time, remote Network Engineer position for a Csco ACI specialist within a partner company in the Philippines. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale data center networks, focusing on Cisco ACI environments. Level 2 technical support, comprehensive documentation, and 24/7 on-call rotation are required. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for incident response and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead the planning, configuration, and implementation of ACI-based solutions.
- Provide Level 2 technical support acting as the final escalation point for network issues.
- Maintain deep expertise in Cisco ACI, including Multi-Pod and Multi-Site architectures.
- Support application migration to ACI fabrics and perform underlay/overlay traffic troubleshooting.
- Document network configurations and procedures comprehensively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response and root cause analysis.
- Utilize monitoring and management tools (CA Spectrum, ServiceNow, PRTG, packet analysis).
