We are looking for an HR Solutions Specialist to join our Corporate team in Tanauan, Batangas. As an HR Solutions Specialist, you will administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD, develop and manage dashboards and reports using analytics tools and Microsoft Power BI, and provide technical support and process automation.
Requirements
- Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports using analytics tools and Microsoft Power BI
- Own and support Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) for automation and reporting
- Manage access provisioning and maintenance for global applications (Quality, ZIC, and future platforms)
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology rollouts and enhancements
- Create training materials and user guides for tools and processes
- Provide technical support and process automation (e.g., Excel macros, Power Automate flows)
- Act as a solutions champion, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements Summary
